I'll blog more when I have two seconds, but I'm just getting ready to run out the door, literally. Jacob's surgery this morning went great. As had been expected he had fluid behind not one but TWO ears. So that explains his hearing issues and delayed speech. I'm so anxious to see what kind of improvement these tubes will make for Jacob. I'm so, so hopeful. I'll get into the dirty details of our trip home later (it was hellish). Note to self, never leave a hospital with your child until they are fully out of anesthesia. Again, long story, but useful advice that cannot wait.
